Limited Shipping to the United States 🇺🇸
We’re happy to share that we are now able to offer limited US shipping again for sheets of paper only at this time.
Due to the new US import requirements, all orders must now be processed manually through our shipping broker.
Important things to know:
- Due to the extra labour required to process these, orders must be at least $40 USD
- We will manually process your order and provide a shipping & brokerage quote before anything ships
- All duties and import fees are prepaid in advance
- These charges are determined by US import regulations and border processing requirements
- The fees are collected as part of importing goods into the United States and are unfortunately outside of our control
- We do not receive or benefit from any portion of these fees
- Fees can range anywhere from approximately 15–60% of the order total depending on the shipment
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit by the courier, we would of course file a claim with the shipper for the products. However, import fees and duties are unfortunately non-refundable once they have been remitted.
