When will my order ship or be ready for pickup...

Does it contain Japanese papers?

In order to offer the extensive range of papers that we do, some products are housed offsite and may require 1-7 business days to be collected before your order ships or is ready for pickup. If you are in a hurry to receive your items, please contact us to check stock before placing your order. In the rare event that we run out of something included in your order, you will be issued a full refund for that product(s) when your order ships.

If your order does not contain Japanese papers?

We aim to have all other orders ready to ship or pickup within 1-4 business days.

International Orders – Customs, Duties & Import Fees:

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import fees, duties, VAT, tariffs or other taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely beyond our control. We do not receive notice of these fees at the time of shipment and cannot predict what they may be.

The Paper Place is not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery. We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs.

If you're unsure what charges may apply, we recommend contacting your local customs office or government agency before placing your order so you can be informed of any potential fees in advance.

Shipping Cost Considerations:

All shipping costs are automatically calculated by our shipping partners and The Paper Place reserves the right to re-quote shipping costs if we discover the actual fees vary considerably from those calculated at checkout. You will be notified of any cost changes and have to ability to approve them before your order is shipped.
