In Store Refund Policy:
Due to the fragile nature of paper, we are unable to offer exchange or refunds on any paper/cardstock or envelopes. In addition to paper & envelopes, books, discounted items and cut ribbon will be final sale.
All other products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, in the original packaging/condition, when accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Condition of Returned Items:
Items returned not in original condition and/or without original packaging or damaged packaging may not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse full or partial refunds on items returned altered or damaged in any way.
ONLINE REFUND POLICY:
Due to the fragile nature of paper, we are unable to offer exchange or refunds on papers. Every effort has been made to provide an accurate picture of each paper but, due to the difference in computer monitors and settings, the actual colours/textures may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If you have concerns, we recommend purchasing samples if they are available before you buy full sheets.

Refunds on Shipping Charges:
If your return is due to an error on the part of The Paper Place we will gladly refund you for the shipping costs applied to your order. If the return is for any other reason, the shipping charges will not be included in your refund.
Shipping your Return:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We would recommend that you ship your parcel with a carrier that offers tracking and insurance when returning your order. If your package is lost or damaged during return shipping we will be unable to process your return.
Reporting Discrepancies or Shortages:
All orders are checked before they are shipped but in the rare event that there are any shortages or discrepancies please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order, we will gladly ship the missing/corrected items at our cost or offer you a refund on those items.
Reporting Damage:
On rare occasions a package can be damaged on its way to you. Please open and inspect your parcel as soon as you receive it. In the case of damage, please notify The Paper Place and the carrier immediately so we may initiate a claim. We will work with you and the carrier to correct the situation and make sure you receive replacements or a refund for the damaged items.
